Ms. Privat is an associate attorney with experience in commercial litigation, trademark litigation, construction litigation, white collar defense and securities enforcement, as well as corporate transactional experience. Her experience also includes legal research and writing, defense strategy development, and negotiations. Ms. Privat also served as a self-employed small business development coach and consultant during her undergraduate career, earning valuable entrepreneurial experience.
Ms. Privat graduated from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, MO, where she was an active member of the First Generation Law Society and Black Law Students Association. She also participated in the law school’s Entrepreneurship Clinic, where she assisted non-profit and for-profit businesses in establishing legal business entities and navigating through tax, employment, and securities laws.
