Ms. Perry’s practice areas include product liability, premises liability, personal injury, contract disputes, commercial litigation, and intellectual property litigation.
Before joining WTL, Ms. Perry litigated complex patent infringement, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, trade secret, and unfair competition claims. Ms. Perry also handled patent applications and licensing disputes. Her experience spans a wide array of technologies, including medical devices, oil and gas equipment, manufacturing safety devices, transportation technology, and medical services software. Ms. Perry’s intellectual property and technical background aids her in representing product manufacturers in personal injury and commercial litigation.
Ms. Perry graduated magna cum laude from South Texas College of Law, where she served as President of the Intellectual Property & Technology Law Society. She also participated in the Langdell Scholar program where she taught weekly and bi-weekly classes to first and second year law students in Evidence and Federal Income Taxation.
