Mr. Hartman represents clients in a variety of state and federal litigation, focusing especially on issues of product liability defense, general tort and complex commercial disputes. He also has experience in a variety of general practice areas, including felony criminal defense, probate and child advocacy matters. His practice includes discovery planning and execution, trial strategy preparation, and advocacy in pre-trial matters. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Hartman served four years active duty in the United States Army Infantry.
