Mr. Little is a founding partner of Weinstein Tippetts & Little. He was formerly a partner in the litigation section of international law firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, where he served on local and national firm committees. He handles matters in numerous states across the country and his practice focuses on product liability, personal injury, and commercial litigation.
Mr. Little has represented various types of product manufacturers in personal injury and commercial litigation at the state and federal levels. His substantial trial experience includes serving as lead trial counsel in numerous lawsuits involving product liability, general negligence, and commercial matters. In addition, he has drafted and argued significant motions at the trial court and appellate levels. He has successfully tried numerous complex cases before juries in some of the most challenging venues for corporate defendants.
Mr. Little acts as national and regional counsel for his clients, serving as counsel in at least 12 different states to date. He has defended catastrophic injury and death claims in various industries including automotive, consumer products, heavy industrial equipment, construction, and petrochemical refining operations. These cases involved numerous defect allegations requiring detailed knowledge of specialized issues and technologies. He has also successfully represented manufacturers and suppliers in toxic exposure and product recall cases. His breadth of knowledge has and continues to help him successfully and efficiently defend his clients. In addition, Mr. Little has represented individuals and corporations at arbitration proceedings, including commercial matters, consumer-related disputes, and labor and employment issues.
